Include your OpenTribes username and a short description of the issue. Do not email passwords, payment credentials, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

For sign-in, verification, profile, notification, or account-access problems, use the email above with “Account Help” in the subject line.
Safety concerns
Use the report control on the relevant profile, listing, message, or content where available. You may also email us with “Safety Report” in the subject line and include the username, content location, reason, and any relevant screenshots. We assess reports according to their urgency but do not promise a specific response time. Contact local emergency services immediately if anyone is in immediate danger.
Account deletion
In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. You may also email us with “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. We may need to verify your identity.
Privacy requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal by emailing us with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.
In-person trading reminder
OpenTribes provides discovery and communication tools. It does not authenticate items, process payments, provide shipping, insurance, or escrow, or guarantee another user. Inspect items independently, meet in a well-lit public place, and leave if you feel unsafe.
Copyright, trademark, or image concerns
If content on OpenTribes uses your work, name, likeness, trademark, or other protected material without permission, follow our Copyright & Takedown process. Include links or enough information for us to locate the material.
